I take pride in helping people who have not found the help they need from other professionals. I believe therapy should identify core issues and begin to make a difference from the get-go (read my blog post). If you’ve been disappointed with other treatments, let’s discuss whether I can help.
I treat a limited number of private patients in my Denver practice. My office is located in a discreet historic home in Denver’s South City Park neighborhood, a few minutes from LoDo, Cherry Creek, and Capitol Hill.
Telehealth (Online Therapy)
I provide online counseling, coaching, and psychotherapy by videoconference to people whose location, professional commitments, or lifestyle make it difficult to attend in-person meetings. I work with English-speaking clients around the globe, including people in sensitive and high-profile roles for whom discretion and privacy are paramount.
- Online privacy
Skype and FaceTime encrypt communications using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), the same technology used by the U.S. federal government to protect sensitive information. They provide secure communication for most purposes.
Videoconference services designed for telehealth provide a higher level of online security. I use and recommend Vsee. It is HIPAA compliant, more reliable than Skype, and communications cannot be decrypted. It is user-friendly and I can provide instructions. Please discuss with me any concerns you may have about privacy, electronic or otherwise.
- Online therapy fees and policies
Fees will be reviewed by telephone or videoconference.
Payments can be made online by credit card or PayPal. Other arrangements can be made for those who prefer alternative payment methods.
If your health insurance covers online therapy and you wish to file insurance claims, I will provide billing statements to submit to your insurer. I do not submit insurance claims or participate in insurance provider networks.
